I Hate My Job – Tell Me What To Do

I guess you know by now what’s this article is all about and you are right, it is for those people who are stuck in their jobs though they hate them. I used to work in the office too and it’s a good thing I have survived this “I hate my job” scenario. I quite my job, but it’s not always the best thing to do – it really depends on the situation. But, actually if you hate your job, it is not good – it makes your life miserable for a couple of reasons. Firstly because it’s not OK to go to work when you hate it especially on a daily basis. Secondly, it is not OK to tell the whole World that you hate your job online.
Don’t keep your feelings to yourself, there are lots of things that you can do to move on if you hate your job. I have spent many years working and exhausted all my efforts jut to stay in a job or survive in a gruelling work environment that I hate. It was a not a good experience, so take it from me. It will not do you any good for you don’t like or love what you are doing.
“I Hate My Job” – Don’t Just Quit
Don’t Just Quit If you hate your job… Think about it, we need extra money to survive and it’s not easy to get a job nowadays. Just keep it to yourself or maybe you can share your feelings with your family or best friends. Don’t just broadcast your feelings on social sites or especially to your officemates because who know? RETAIL COMMISSIONS
QIVANA offers retail commissions to their independent business owners. To get paid, IBOs just need to sell Qivana products to individual customers. IBOs buy products at a discounted wholesale price and then sell them at the retail price.
TEAM COMMISSIONS
IBOs don’t just earn via commisions individually, each team also gets payment following the company’s binary tree structure. The structure has two legs – left leg and the right leg where everyone in the team will fall into one of these two legs. Each IBO will get Team Commission depending on the team’s weekly purchase volume, which is 10% of the total volume in the team’s lesser leg (lesser volume).
To be eligible for the Team Commissions IBOs need to:
• Be active with 100PV Monthly
• Have 500GV+ in lesser leg volume
• Have at least 1 active* IBO in the left and right leg of the binary structure.
*An active IBO is defined as having at least 50PV monthly rolling volume and at least 50PV AutoShip.
QUICK START BONUS
The Quick Start Bonus is a one time bonus for each IBO’s newly enrolled/sponsored member. It is based on the initial order of your personally sponsored members. For example, you are the enroller, and is on 100PV AutoShip, you will get 10% on the initial order volume of your enrollees.
2nd Level Payout: Those on 200PV AutoShip will earn 5% on the initial order volume of all those enrolled by their personally sponsored IBOs.
Example: Chase Fowler is on 200PV AutoShip and enrolls Mara. Mara then enrolls Marlon. Chase Fowler would receive a 5% Quick Start bonus on Mara’s initial order volume.
EXECUTIVE GENERATION BONUS
The Executive Generation Bonus (EGB) is a bonus that an IBO will get on personal enrollees and their downline. As the IBO ranks higher, the number of generations on which member can be paid an EGB bonus goes up as well, and it can be up to seven generations.
To be eligible for EGB an IBO needs to:
• Achieve the rank of Gold (or above) during the commission period
• Have 4-week rolling volume of 200PV or greater
• Have 4 active, personally sponsored IBOs
